LUXYCO sells reading lamps and related products to customers in France, the European Union, the United States, Canada, and other available destinations.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight differences in appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or manufacturing variations.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency applicable to the customer's market.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges may vary depending on the destination country.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

4. Orders

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by LUXYCO.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, such as suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability problems, or incorrect pricing.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the customer will receive a refund for the amount paid.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed at the time the order is placed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Your payment information is processed securely through our payment service providers. LUXYCO does not store your complete payment card details.

6. Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped from France.

The estimated delivery time is up to 10 days from the date of shipment, subject to carrier delays and other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Our standard return period is 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the applicable conditions.

For consumers in the European Union, statutory consumer rights, including the applicable 14-day right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products
